Shikibuton inspired 100% chemical free with natural and organic materials only. A traditional Japanese Shikibuton ranges from 2 to 4 inches in thickness and is designed to be placed on bamboo mats or other hard surfaces. Our All Fiber collection is inspired by this tradition but incorporates a western lifestyle ranging from 4 to 8 inches thick instead. This eliminates the need to add a pad under the futon and increases the futons softness. All Fiber futons require the most care and will develop a depression where you sleep if not rotated regularly.
The traditional Western style futon made 100% chemical free with natural and organic materials only. Our couch futon collection adds a core to the futon increasing its support factor and strengthening it for a lifetime of bends and folds with couch futon frames. The core reduces the care required to maintain these futons and helps counteract body depressions.
Expanding on our Couch Futon Collection we offer a superior line of futons designed to replace your mattress forever! Our Mattress Futons are similar to our Couch Futons but come with thicker cores or utilize a core layering system that offers the most supportive futon you’ve ever slept on. The cores offer your body the support it needs, counteracts depressions, and is not recommended to be stored in a constant couch futon configuration.
