I had read a previous review about this mattress that was very positive, but was nervous about spending so much money on a mattress we couldn't try out prior to purchase. I tried to review all mattress types on different sites and saw the satisfaction ratings for latex and memory foam were the highest. The latex offered some features I found advantageous--not sinking in as much, less gases, etc. This particular mattress design is ingenious. The four separate layers allowed us to pick our own firmness, they were light enough that I could assemble the bed myself, and to avoid the latex from compressing we can occasionally flip and switch the top layer so weight is distributed differently. The comfort of the mattress is superb, my shoulders don't fall asleep when I lay on my side. Great design, great product, and GREAT price; significantly cheaper than competitors. This was a big purchase for us, but good sleep is so important to our quality of life it was a wise choice.

8 months to write this review. Shame on me. There are so many people out there that could be sleeping soundly on this pillow. It is one of the best I have ever slept on and I am over 70. Always remember my mothers down pillows and have wanted this for ages. It is so luxurious. When it disappears for a few hours, I know where to find it. My daughter loves it too. This comforter really does keep you super snuggly in the cold winters and cool in the summer! I live in the high Rockies of Colorado and I have been looking for a comforter that does just this. It's nice and long too.....really fits a Cali King bed well. The only thing I struggled with was finding a duvet to fit it properly...but that's not the comforter's fault or Biosleep. :-) I love it!!!!

After a lengthy search we decided on BIoSleep's wood foundation. Unfortunately, the wrong height was shipped in error. I called customer service on a Saturday and my called was answered by the owner, Christian, directly. After explaining the issue, within literally two minutes I received a call back from him that the correct foundation would be shipped on Monday with a rush on it. We received the foundation two days later as promised (we live across the country in the northeast) and the foundation is even nicer than we expected. It went together easily and the cover is actually a fully zippered enclosure to completely cover it - we expected just a cover to slip over it. It is exactly what we needed/hoped for and the customer service was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything else from Christian as he totally stands behind his products!
