My son has suffered from chronic back pain ever since he was a kid. Last year, a family friend (who also happens to be an orthopedic specialist) suggested we try an adjustable bed. We took his advice, and the only thing I regret is not using this product sooner. My son is sleeping much better than before and rarely complains of back pain any more. I'd recommend this bed to anyone having a similar problem.

I love this mattress! I had previously been sleeping on the floor due to not wanting to spend money on a mattress and not wanting to buy a cheap one that's filled with chemicals. However, when I found this mattress, I was so excited! Very reasonably priced, quick shipping (free!), and natural. It's very comfortable and I like that I can fold it when I eventually move! It does compress some, but I just make sure I rotate and flip it regularly so it doesn't just compress in one spot. Highly recommend!

My husband and I invested in an all-natural latex mattress but it was slightly too hard... We knew it was a good mattress and super supportive but we felt like we needed a little bit of plush at the top. We hated the feather bed we tried first, so we decided to invest in this wool topper. It was pricey but the only one we could find (including the others on Overstock) that wasn't treated with nasty chemicals. We had just spent $2400 on a mattress to avoid chemicals so it just didn't make sense to put something treated on top. This mattress pad was the solution! It is just perfect. It felt so organic and natural when I took it out of the packaging and was just right to soften our bed. It is not super thick by any means, but it really did give our latex mattress a much better feel, and I feel good knowing we're not breathing in any toxins. It's pricey but worth it. Living in FL, we were a little worried it would make us too hot, but that's not the case at all. It does seem like it keeps you cool when you need it to, and warm when you need it to. My wife and I purchased the 12” all natural Dunlop Latex King Mattress. It shipped in three separate boxes. The mattress cover in one box and two boxes of latex. The two boxes of latex layer are somewhat heavy so you will need help carrying them into your bedroom. Set up was fairly easy. Upon opening the mattress latex layers there was no odor. The 12” mattress was total bliss. It was not too firm nor too soft. No heat retention issues with this mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for an all natural product.

After a lengthy search we decided on BIoSleep's wood foundation. Unfortunately, the wrong height was shipped in error. I called customer service on a Saturday and my called was answered by the owner, Christian, directly. After explaining the issue, within literally two minutes I received a call back from him that the correct foundation would be shipped on Monday with a rush on it. We received the foundation two days later as promised (we live across the country in the northeast) and the foundation is even nicer than we expected. It went together easily and the cover is actually a fully zippered enclosure to completely cover it - we expected just a cover to slip over it. It is exactly what we needed/hoped for and the customer service was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything else from Christian as he totally stands behind his products!

I placed an order for the Amboise Latex Mattress after returning a coil mattress from a reputable and popular company. I have a lot of injuries - most notably L5 S1 back surgery in my mid twenties. I have purchased and trial'd 5 different beds over the past two years from all memory foam, to all coil, to hybrids. While all offered some benefit in different areas none gave me the comfort, satisfaction, pressure relief and most importantly weightlessness that I was demanding. After much research I decided that a full latex bed was the next step in my journey. I researched so many companies that my head started spinning but I landed on Bio Sleep Concept through Houzz and dove in to figure out if this was the company for my next order. It is very important to also note one thing: the customer service from Bio Sleep Concept and owner Christian is second to none. He helped me through the entire process, fielding my questions with patience and always responding promptly. Most of the time within an hour to one of my many emails. He also called me directly a few times to clarify a few points in the emails. This is above and beyond and for such an important purchase is was a breath of fresh air. I can't express enough how appreciative I am for the help. There was a shipping problem due to COVID and Christian took care of it straight away as well. The review wouldn't be complete without a description of my experience with the bed. I received the bed in two boxes - one with the cover and the two medium firmness levels of latex (2 3' portions of my Twin XL) and one box of the bottom firm layer and the soft top layer. No discernible smell from either box. I unboxed both packages and put the bed together, placing the firm foundation at the bottom, the two medium sections in the middle and the soft at the top followed by the very detailed and well done cover of organic cotton and wool. All latex pieces were labeled appropriately. After it was assembled I laid on it and initially thought that this was my holy grail but waited to see how I would sleep to determine my true satisfaction. After five beds, many sleepless nights and with some of the other beds significant stiffness and pain in my neck and back upon wake up, I can honestly say that I have been sleeping better than I have in many years. I used to wake up multiple times per night and now I have been going to bed and waking up confused by the sunlight from my window, only to look at the clock in shock that I had slept straight through the night. No pain, no discomfort whatsoever. The Amboise provides the perfect support and weightlessness that I need to fall asleep and stay asleep. I get in bed and feel no pressure points which causes me to relax and drift to sleep quicker than I can remember. To say that I'm ecstatic is an understatement. Also, after my many emails and discussions with the owner I came to learn that the latex is zoned in 7 different ways for support and this is a custom creation by Christian and his company. I don't know how he did it but it is excellent. I don't know if other latex bedding companies offer this type of zoned support but if you are looking for an all natural, eco friendly latex bed this is a definite separating point. Shipping was ridiculously fast, which was a pleasant surprise. I bought the 3 inch mattress topper to use like a shikibuton and it does the job great. Super light weight and easy to move. The wool compresses so it's not totally 3 inches, but that's to be expected. If I could redo I would probably go for the 4 inch futon which would compress to a 3 inch futon in time. But I am still happy. On the floor alone it's kind of the same feel as camping, on a mattress I think it would feel like sleeping on a big pillow. One thing to note is that wool has a particular smell. When I first opened the box it reeked like a farm, but once it airs out it has a light and pleasant "petting zoo" kind of smell.
